For the UK and EU orders we use Parcelforce or DPD.

For the US we use UPS.

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help.

You have 30 days from the date you received your device(s) to request a full refund with no questions asked. To return your item, you must inform our Support Team by e-mail at support@smarter.am and request a return label. [Requests are not acceptable via any other platform or email]. This lets you return the device(s) to us free of charge, as long as the return originates from the UK. For Europe and Australia the amount to be paid will be advised by our Support Team.

Refunds will be processed once the product has been returned to Smarter, monies to be refunded in 20 working days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

All Smarter appliances comes with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. If a product is faulty after the 30 day period, your product is covered under warranty for 24 months, please contact our Support Team via support@smarter.am. Support is only available via email or through our support page that you can find at the footer on this website. If you contact us via social media looking for support you will be instructed to message our Support Team.

The warranty is valid only in the countries that we officially ship through our online store.

Unfortunately, Brexit has been causing major delays for deliveries to the EU.

At the moment, all purchases for Italy are suspended. For other countries in Europe, the delivery time is between 4 and 7 weeks. Be advised that your purchase may return to our deposit without a real reason.
