Security Vulnerability Disclosure Policy

At Smarter Applications Ltd, we take the security of our products and customers seriously. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in any of our internet-connected or network-connectable products, we encourage you to report it to us responsibly.

How to Report a Security Issue
Please send your report to:

Subject line: Security Vulnerability Report

When submitting a report, please include:

• A detailed description of the issue

• Steps to reproduce the problem

• Any relevant screenshots or proof-of-concept code

What Happens Next

1. Acknowledgement – We will confirm receipt of your report within 5 working days.

2. Investigation – Our security team will assess the issue and may contact you for further details.

3. Updates – We will provide status updates at reasonable intervals until the reported security issue is resolved.

4. Resolution – Once the issue is resolved, we will notify you and may publicly acknowledge your contribution (with your permission).

We are committed to meeting our obligations under the Product Security and Telecommunications Infrastructure (Security Requirements for Relevant Connectable Products) Regulations 2023.
